Key Responsibilities:

  Conduct performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and implement tailored training programs.

  Implement rigorous quality checks at every stage of production, from pre-press to post-production.

  Troubleshoot printing defects or equipment issues to ensure flawless output.

  Collaborate with the design and pre-press teams to address technical challenges and achieve client specifications.

  Manage inventory of raw materials, inks, and substrates to prevent shortages or overstocking.

  Optimize machine usage and reduce waste through strategic planning and innovative solutions.

  Track production metrics and generate reports to measure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to budgets

  Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding workplace safety, environmental standards, and operational procedures.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

• 
  Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 
  Certifications in printing technologies, color management, or production management are advantageous.
  
• 
  Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the printing industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  
• 
  Hands-on experience with printing equipment, such as offset, digital, flexographic, or large-format printers
  
• 
  Familiarity with pre-press, press, and post-press operations.
  
• 
  Proficiency in using color calibration tools and software like Adobe Creative Suite or RIP software.
  
• 
  Knowledge of safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality certifications related to the printing industry.
