
Location: Avtec Finishing – New Hope, Minnesota
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 3:00 PM-1:00 AM + Overtime as Needed (Initial training will be completed on 1st Shift.)
Pay: Starting at $35.17-$48.63/hour (Based on Qualifications)
Signing Bonus: $1,500 (New hires only. Current employees are not eligible.)

Avtec Finishing is hiring an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our second-shift manufacturing team.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys developing employees, solving production problems, improving processes, and creating an environment where people can succeed. You will be a visible presence on the production floor—setting expectations, coaching employees, removing obstacles, and holding the team accountable for safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and on-time delivery.
Our metal-finishing operations support customers in the medical, aerospace, defense, and industrial manufacturing industries, where consistent processes, dependable delivery, and attention to detail are essential.

The Production Supervisor leads second-shift manufacturing operations by overseeing employee performance, staffing, production schedules, safety, quality, productivity, and continuous-improvement activities.
This position works closely with production employees, management, Quality, Maintenance, Shipping, and other departments to meet customer requirements while maintaining a safe, respectful, accountable, and productive work environment.
The Production Supervisor is expected to balance the needs of employees, customers, and the operation while making fair, timely, and consistent decisions.
