Location: 811 Progress Road, Chambersburg, PA 17201
Shift: 2nd shift
Schedule: Tuesday to Friday (some Mondays) / 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Salary: $67K to $84K (based on experience)
About This Opportunity
Are you an experienced manufacturing leader ready to take ownership of an entire facility operation? A leading organization in Industrial Manufacturing is seeking a Production Lead to oversee night operations. This is your chance to step into a role where you'll have full operational responsibility and make a direct impact on our production success every single night.
Key Responsibilities:
As our Production Supervisor, you'll be the go-to leader for our entire facility during night operations:
• Lead the Operation – Oversee all facility functions during the night shift, ensuring smooth, efficient production
• Manage Your Team – Coordinate and support 8-10 production and back-end team members
• Drive Results – Keep operations running seamlessly and meet production goals
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with production and back-end departments, reporting directly to the Hiring Manager and partnering with the Assistant Production Manager
Requirements & Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial environments
• 3+ years of proven supervisory or management experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
• Experience with skid steers and forklifts is a plus!
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 75 lbs. PPE provided.
