We're seeking a 2nd Shift Group Leader to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team in Muscatine, IA where you'll enjoy competitive compensation starting between $70-80k + 5,200/yr shift differential and bonus.

What We Need:We are looking for a Group Leader/Production Supervisor to join our 2nd Shift HNI Workplace Furnishings Operations team at our Oak Steel facility. What You Will Do:

• Organize team efforts to deliver KPI’s
• Lead MDI discussion with team and ensure visual management is relevant
• Work with team on daily staffing requirements and manage changes
• Monitor progress to goals and communicate gaps
• Daily 5S and safety walks
• Partner with MCR for issues/concerns
• Partner with internal customers to achieve daily delivery/quality
• 8D investigations to drive root cause for quality concerns
• Complete other standard work as needed

What You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Organizational/Business Management, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of direct labor supervision in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or customer service, with lean manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
