
The Production Supervisor leads the shift team to ensure a safe work environment, maintain food safety and quality standards, and meet productivity goals. This role is responsible for overseeing operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the development of team members’ skills and capabilities, proactively addressing production issues, and ensuring production schedules and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met. This position works a 2/2/3 rotation, 4pm to 4am.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
SQF BACK UP PROVISION
Maintains compliance with Safe Quality Food (SQF) audit requirements and ensures ongoing food safety and quality across operations. The Plant Manager position serves as the backup to ensure the integrity of the SQF System.
DIRECT REPORTS
This position directly leads a team of production team members for a designated shift (15+ Team Members).

WORK LOCATION
This is an on-site position at our Antigo Creamery located in Antigo, WI.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Occasional travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (estimated 10%). A valid driver’s license is required.

When entering the production facility, the Team Member is occasionally exposed to cold working conditions and/or moving mechanical parts. The noise level is moderate while in the plant. This position requires occasional off shift work.
