Lead. Influence. Deliver Results.

We’re hiring a Production Superintendent to lead daily manufacturing operations for a high‑volume extrusion department. This is a hands‑on leadership role with direct impact on safety, performance, and employee engagement—ideal for an experienced manufacturing leader ready to step into a visible, growth‑oriented position.

In this role, you’ll own production execution across multiple shifts, lead and develop supervisors and production teams, and partner closely with Operations leadership to solve problems and improve performance. You’ll play a key role in building a strong safety culture, driving accountability, and developing the next generation of manufacturing leaders.

What You’ll Lead

  • Lead and develop supervisors and production teams across multiple shifts
  • Own daily production execution to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
  • Set priorities, allocate resources, and adjust schedules to meet changing demands
  • Drive accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the department
  • Analyze production data, identify gaps, and lead process improvement initiatives
  • Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and HR to support staffing, training, and performance

Safety Leadership Is Essential

Safety leadership is paramount. The Production Superintendent sets the standard for safe work practices and reinforces a culture where working safely is a condition of employment.

  • Lead by example and promote safe behaviors at all times
  • Drive execution of the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) program
  • Conduct safety meetings, observations, and coaching
  • Identify hazards, support incident investigations, and ensure corrective actions are completed

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience
(Superintendent, Production Manager, Lead Supervisor, or similar experience preferred)
  • Strong people leadership, organization, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to lead in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment
  • Comfortable holding teams accountable while developing and engaging employees

Why Join Us

  • High‑visibility leadership role with direct impact on plant performance
  • Strong safety culture and commitment to employee development
  • Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits
  • Stable manufacturing environment with long‑term growth and advancement opportunities

If you’re a manufacturing leader who values safety, accountability, and developing people, we encourage you to apply and bring your leadership experience to our team.
