Job Description

Production staff carries out various tasks associated with the production of our products in our manufacturing plant, including, but not limited to, operating production equipment, receiving orders, properly verifying accuracy of products being produced, reporting any problems to the Plant Manager when needed and other various tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Feed raw materials into production machinery.
2. Label, fill and stack various products on pallets.
3. Store goods and raw materials in the warehouse properly.
4. Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to get various raw materials.
5. Pack goods to be shipped.
6. Maintain work areas and equipment.
7. Report any problems or issues with equipment immediately to Plant Manager or Supervisor.
8. Participate in all required safety training and certification classes, when required.
9. Other miscellaneous tasks, as required.

Education & Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
• Experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License & good driving record (if making deliveries)
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds
• Most be able to work in a hot warehouse environment
