  • The Production Specialist supports branch operations by managing Lytx vehicle compliance, tracking BrightPath training for new hires, maintaining PPE inventory, and ensuring accurate safety and incident reporting. This role also coordinates facility maintenance needs, assists with minimal fleet administration, and supports snow service partner compliance. Through strong organization and attention to detail, the Production Specialist helps ensure branch safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the branch Lytx compliance owner by ensuring all vehicles are properly assigned and monitored.
  • Review and close out coaching events and tickets, providing follow-up information to managers as needed.
  • Monitor daily activity and coordinate camera installations or removals.
  • Maintain vehicle inspection and oil change logs to ensure compliance and readiness.
  • Update and track active vehicle logs and driver assignments.
  • Enter and monitor BrightPath training data for new hires to ensure completion within required timelines.
  • Communicate with managers regarding outstanding trainings or compliance gaps.
  • Input and maintain incident data accurately in company systems.
  • Track and order PPE inventory, including high-visibility apparel, safety glasses, and related safety equipment.
  • Coordinate branch facility maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and waste management services.
  • Oversee vendor scheduling for pallet, tire, and waste oil disposal.
  • Assist with snow service partner recruiting and compliance documentation during the winter season.
  • Verify that snow service partners meet onboarding, insurance, and safety requirements prior to dispatch.
  • Assist with limited recruitment coordination when required.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Branch Manager as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred but not required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in administrative, operational, or compliance support, ideally within a service, construction, or landscape environment.
  • Experience managing data entry, safety documentation, or fleet/compliance programs preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate with multiple departments.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license required; must meet company driving standards.

Physical Demands/Requirements:

  • Regular use of a computer and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally and perform various tasks (stooping, bending, standing for long hours, etc.).
  • Ability to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions should they occur.

Work Environment:

  • This role will be based in an office environment and/or field.

Compensation Pay Range:

30 - 34
