Description & Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Production and Refurbish Operations across Greater China, Korea, and India. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, driving process improvements, and fostering collaboration across regions and teams.

We'll trust you to:

  • Manage day to day Bloomberg production and operations with external vendors across Greater China, Korea, and India.
    • Execute and oversee device configuration for servers, routers, PCs, and laptops prior to customer setup.
    • Ensure strict adherence to Chain of Custody requirements for RMA data storage devices, maintaining security and traceability.
    • Oversee refurbishment processes for Bloomberg hardware, including Flat Panels, Keyboards, and B Units.
  • Oversee and support the resolution of technical issues in production operations, firmware / disk image upgrade & testing, etc.
  • Partner with Bloomberg vendor management team to plan and allocate resources in alignment with monthly targets and operational goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production and repair processes within the region.
  • Implement global solutions for network equipment and systems at assigned locations.
  • Lead and support APAC-wide projects focused on enhancing production efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaborate with peers across APAC to define regional strategies, priorities, and initiatives.
  • Engage and manage key stakeholders across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
  • Apply project management best practices to plan, execute, and monitor regional initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional Supply Chain teams, including Warehouse, Planning, and Logistics, to ensure seamless operations.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on technical experience supporting computer hardware and network devices (e.g., servers, routers, PCs), covering installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and hardware upgrades at the operating system level.
  • Experience in managing external vendors remotely, ensuring service quality, accountability, and on-time delivery.
  • Stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, regions, and cultures.
  • Project management experience, including planning, execution, and coordination of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • A proactive, independent mindset with a collaborative spirit.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

We’d Love to See:

  • In-depth knowledge of networking technologies including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, routers, and switches.
  • Regional leadership experience managing small teams across multiple locations.
  • Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and best practices.
  • Certification or formal training in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
