Production Specialists support the manufacturing environment at assembly test site. In assembly/test/probe environments, operates various equipment in performing functions such as wafer scribe and break, die sort, die attach, lead bonding and seal, test, or mark and pack. In this role you will also check and inspect operation against predetermined tolerances as well as performs device changes and/or tool kits setup.


Minimum requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with programs specializing in engineering field (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.)
  • Ability to comprehend different training materials for certification of assembly test processing
  • Ability to follow work directions
  • XX years of experience
