The Production Specialist fills a dual role. Combined responsibilities include manufacturing and installing various types of signs including vinyl banners/decals, wood and aluminum site signs, vehicle lettering, window graphics and more! You’ll be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of the physical construction and assembling of signs from computer cut vinyl and wide format full color printouts. Sign assembly includes preparing substrates and applying vinyl or other media, mounting and/or laminating prints and operating and setting up the laminator for over-laminating, encapsulation, or mounting of digital imaged products. Proofreading signs and conducting quality assurance to ensure the accuracy of signs is also a responsibility.

Installation will require getting the finished sign or graphic in place so everyone can see it - in the ground, on a wall, on a vehicle or hanging from a ceiling. You’ll use a variety of tools to assemble, erect and hang items, both inside and out. FASTSIGNS is a well-known and respected global brand. We help businesses and organizations visually communicate. Qualifications/Requirements:
Must have a valid CA Driver's license.Sign industry or construction experience is a plus but not required.Experience with light power tools is also desired. General Responsibilities1. Communicate with other employees in a professional manner.2. Report inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the franchisee or supervisor. Typical Physical Demands1. Ability to sit/stand for long periods.2. Ability to view a computer screen for long periods.3. Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high quality work.4. Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.5. Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back and forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate.
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
