We are looking for a Production Specialist to join our partner company!
Our partner operates in the on-demand manufacturing ecosystem, delivering technology-driven manufacturing solutions to a diverse global customer base across multiple industries.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between manufacturing partners, customers, and internal teams, while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. This position plays a critical role in sustaining operational excellence across our partner's manufacturing network.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and control production processes shared with manufacturing partners, including additive manufacturing, machining, sheet metal laser cutting & bending.
Prepare and present process, efficiency, and performance reports to upper management.
Act as the main point of contact between customers and production partners throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
Coordinate with the quality department to ensure that production visuals and quality reports are accurately reviewed and recorded.
Collaborate with technical teams to provide production partners with necessary technical support.
Manage and monitor project timelines to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments with the logistics department.
Maintain accurate data flow and tracking of orders through the ERP system.
Handle rework or reproduction processes in case of quality issues; escalate unresolved matters to the related departments when needed.
Manage returns, discounts, and cancellations, and follow up on refund processes; escalate disputes when required.
Create and verify supplier and customer invoices, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Evaluate partner performance and update payment schedules in the system according to agreed terms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Materials, or Metallurgical Engineering (or a related technical field).
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations.
Minimum B1 level English proficiency.
Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Experience in project management, supplier relations, and customer coordination.
Basic understanding of accounting processes and ERP systems.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
