In the Manufacturing Operations Department, we aim to deliver sustainable value by ensuring safe, efficient, and high-performing production while continuously developing our people and capabilities.

MISSION:

As a member of the Manufacturing Operations team, the mission is to create the conditions & to empower their Teams, in order to succeed in delivering sustainable value for People, Profit & Planet. As a representative/role model of the Group values, purpose & strategy, this position is also accountable to develop areas of excellence inside their Shop, that will ensure the performance of today and tomorrow. This is achieved by using CARE (I-CARE, empowerment & operational excellence) with TECH (engineering innovation & manufacturing 5.0) as the two primary operating modes.

Key Responsibilities:

People Leader & Developer

  • Build a strong, inclusive, and skilled team from frontline to leadership
  • Mentor, coach, and provide clear career paths and learning opportunities
  • Promote a culture of safety, trust, and continuous improvement

Shop Performance Driver

  • Lead the day-to-day production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost & sustainability (SMQDC) goals
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and foster autonomy and responsibility in teams
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies using lean tools and problem-solving methods

Strategy Champion & Company Role Model

  • Embody and promote company values, vision, and sustainability mission
  • Drive collaboration across teams and support plant-level strategic decisions
  • Represent the plant to your team and ensure alignment with plant objectives

Customer & Business Partner

  • Understand customer expectations and ensure your Shop delivers value
  • Work cross-functionally to support industrialization, innovation, and transformation projects

Innovation & Digital Contributor

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives within the Shop
  • Encourage experimentation and leverage technology to unlock efficiency
  • Support plant roadmap and collaborate with technical and digital teams

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production manager (e.g. Department Head)
  • Proven experience in people management and team development in an industrial environment
  • Strong understanding of production systems, capacity planning, and operational flow
  • Experience in continuous improvement and structured problem-solving (Lean, Kaizen, or similar)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to health and safety beyond compliance
  • Business proficiency in English (B2) and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Willing to be based in Cikarang

Preferred:

  • Experience in multinational manufacturing environments
  • Exposure to digital transformation or Industry 4.0 / Manufacturing 5.0 initiatives
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and plant-level strategic execution
  • Strong track record in driving operational excellence and performance improvement initiatives
