About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Production Shift Supervisor to lead our afternoon shift operations (2.30pm-10.30pm)

Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering output, leading teams on the floor, and ensuring operations run safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a critical role for someone who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments, maintaining production momentum across powder blending, canning, and sachet lines, ensuring strong execution and seamless transition between shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the daily production plan to meet output, timing, and quality targets
• Lead, coach, and manage Line Leaders and Production Operators
• Monitor real-time performance (output, downtime, waste, yield) and act quickly on issues
• Allocate labour effectively across production lines
• Drive safety, GMP compliance, and operational standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimise downtime
• Coordinate closely with Warehouse and Quality teams
• Deliver clear shift handovers and accurate reporting

About You

You’re a decisive, hands-on leader who takes ownership and drives results. You’re comfortable on the floor, leading from the front, and making calls under pressure.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory role (FMCG,
  food, nutraceutical or pharma preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Solid understanding of production processes, safety, and GMP requirements
• Ability to manage shift operations and make real-time
  decisions
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in fast-paced production environments
• Forklift licence (highly regarded)
