You will help manage and maintain the facilities of a site/office to ensure a conducive and comfortable work environment in accordance to health, safety, environment and security policy, guidelines and requirements.

Your responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies and coordinate temporary staffing requests and the hiring process.
  • Be responsible for the on-the-job training of temporary employees and introducing them to the production environment.
  • Ensure the timely supply of supporting materials for both production and administration.
  • Prepare the annual budget for production supporting materials and regularly track actual expenses against the budget.
  • Be responsible for maintaining and promoting company standards.

What we expect from you:

  • Higher education degree or equivalent work experience in the food industry, process management, planning, or similar fields.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • A responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive personality with analytical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
