What will you do?

Ensure stable and efficient production flows by planning, scheduling, and monitoring work orders for Medium Voltage products, supporting material availability, capacity alignment, and on time delivery according to Siemens operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for MV operations.
  • Sequence and coordinate production orders considering material availability, capacity, and priorities.
  • Monitor MRP signals, BOM requirements, and SAP data for MV product families.
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Material Management to ensure schedule adherence.
  • Identify risks (shortages, delays, engineering changes) and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Track production KPIs: OTD, plan adherence, backlog, capacity utilization.
  • Support continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Electromechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or similar.
  • Experience in production planning/scheduling (1–3 years preferred).
  • Knowledge of SAP PP/MRP.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, routings, standard times, and capacity planning.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
  • Experience in Medium Voltage or electrical manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Lean methodologies.
  • Power BI or data visualization tools.
  • Intermediate–advanced English.
