At Siemens Türkiye, we are looking for a Production Planning Specialist to join our dynamic and technology-driven production environment. This role plays a key part in supporting operational excellence by helping ensure efficient production planning, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration.

What part will you play?

  • Create, implement, monitor, and adjust production plans in line with business requirements.
  • Manage inventory levels and support stock optimization activities.
  • Contribute to sales forecasting and demand planning processes to improve planning accuracy.
  • Analyze production and supply chain data, prepare reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks related to supply, production, and demand; assess their impact and support the development of mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across Production, Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, Quality, and other relevant functions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean, Kaizen, and digitalization projects, and contribute to process enhancement efforts.
  • Explore emerging technologies and planning methodologies and support their implementation where appropriate.

What do you need to qualify for this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in production planning, supply chain management, demand planning, or related areas within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP PP/MM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES); experience with module integrations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau is considered an asset.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with different stakeholders.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
