The Production Scheduler is responsible for developing and managing daily and weekly production schedules across operations. This role ensures optimal use of labor and resources while aligning with planning/customer priorities and operational constraints. The Scheduler acts as the key link between Planning, Production, Warehouse, and QC to ensure efficient execution and on-time delivery of products.
• Responsible for developing and managing daily and weekly production schedules across all operational departments. Ensuring optimal use of resources, minimizing constraints and linking cross functional teams.
• Build and maintain detailed daily production schedules based on weekly planning alignment and real-time shop floor conditions.
• Perform daily review of equipment: Track, log, and manage schedule to assess availability and productivity. Deliver and assign tank cards to designate tank usage.
• Manage Shopfloor report: Aligning priorities across departments, driving RCA for Schedule Hits, and ensuring proper status updates are carried out by all departments.
• Sequence weekly planned batches according to Customer Priorities and resource constraints. Ensuring ERP system dates are aligned with the execution.
• Manage daily RCA. Coordinating with departments to identify bottlenecks escalating and managing solving actions.
• Build and Maintain Master Data related to scheduling.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field or 5+ years’ experience in batch manufacturing.
• Focused on results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems.
• Good problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues, run accurate analyses and synthesize recommendations.
• Strong desire to challenge and improve status-quo.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and able to work under-pressure.
Base salary range for this role is: $75,000 to $85,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
