Could you be the full-time Production Scheduler in Borg El-Arab we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your production scheduling and operational supply chain expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and goal-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations on the production line, ensuring that products are manufactured on time and align with the Master Production Schedule. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (industrial planning, logistics, quality, and manufacturing), define and implement improvement action plans, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of launching, coordinating, and controlling the progress of work orders, but also contribute to ensuring a continuous flow of materials to the production line.
We’ll look to you for:
Launching and coordinating work orders based on the Master Production Schedule (MPS)
Collaborating with industrial planning, supply chain leaders, logistics, and manufacturing to ensure timely execution of operations
Providing weekly feedback to planning teams to update the MPS based on operational constraints
Coordinating daily with logistics, material planning, and quality to support production plans
Defining and implementing improvement plans for issues affecting production line operations
Ensuring data accuracy related to Bill of Materials (BOM) and routings in collaboration with industrialization teams
Managing information workflows around work orders, including job release and material consumption
Participating in production line meetings to represent supply chain interests
Contributing to minimizing product throughput time and maintaining optimal Work in Progress (WIP)
Respecting Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and participating in Safety Observation Visits (SOV)
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
