Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Prepare and coordinate flavor and ingredient sampling activities to support Sales, Applications, and IFF affiliates, ensuring timely delivery against agreed timelines.
• Compound flavor samples locally and ensure all outputs meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of flavors and raw materials used for sampling and preparation.
• Support the preparation of applications for both powder and liquid products, ensuring suitability for intended use and consistency with required flavor profiles.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, hygiene standards, and cleanliness of the work area, including routine equipment maintenance.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and shipping requirements in all activities.
• Prepare and manage technical documentation required for sample shipment and internal use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination of sampling activities and project support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and service delivery.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in R&D, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or a similar function is preferred.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented with a service mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to respond effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with good communication skills in both Thai and English.
