N/A 1. 负责量产产品质量方面的工作，作为“铁三角”一员主动进行问题解决活动，开展持续改进活动。 As the member of “Tri group”, organize and push the problem solving and continuous improvement within AMC structure. 2. 负责不合格品的日常分析和处理，对于不合格品进行隔离和处置（AS412）。 Be responsible for handling and analyzing for non-conformance parts as daily work, coordinates the disposition and hold of all suspect products (AS412) 3. 主导跨功能小组运用8D和4D方式解决问题： Lead cross function team to adopt 8D and 4D method to solve the problem. 4. 分析内部报废，DPMU，并采取持续改进措施（如PDCA，标准化，防错，产品变更，RPN降低等）。 To analyze internal W&S, DPMU, and generate continuous improvement actions (e.g. PDCA, standards, poka-yoke, product changes, RPN reduction). 5. 支持客户端抱怨的0KM和售后问题的分析，推动内部过程的持续改善。 Support the analysis process from customer 0KM/field issue and push the process improvement internally. 6. 组织红兔子、质量警告等方式培训和提升员工的质量意识。 Organize the activity of red rabbit and Q-alert ect. to train and promote the quality mindset of operators and inspectors. 7. 根据AS053质量警告，排查质量问题是否受影响。 Checks if other ALV plants are affected and applies AS053 (Q Alert) 8. 确保控制计划和产线文件是最新状态。 Updates control plans and ensures that quality planning documentation is always updated (for example PFMEA, SWI, visual aids) 9. 主动参与零缺陷研讨会。 Actively involved in Zero Defect Workshops 10. 积极参与和推动Yokoten活动，确保经验教训得到有效实施和落实。 Participate and promote the activity of Yokoten actively to ensure the implementation of lesson learned effectively. 11. 支持内外部审核，对于问题点参与改进和关闭。 Support internal/external audit to improve and close open points. 12. 主动参与APDS项目，从TG3到TG4，和项目质量一起工作和交接。 Actively involved in TG3 to TG4 of APDS project, working together and handover with Project Quality 13. 主动参与量产阶段的PFMEA GSF活动（AS106）。 Actively involved in PFMEA Go, See & Fix in serial production (enhance error proofing) (AS106) 14. AS007项目中通过AS403验证相关质量活动，确保满足奥托立夫和客户要求。在量产前验证相关质量问题的管理。 Verifies that the results from quality related activities at AS403 meet Autoliv and customer requirements in the scope of AS007. Verifies the closure of open quality issues prior to SOP. 15. AS007项目客户PPAP提交和签署。 Supports timely accurate review of customer PPAP and sign off in the scope of AS007. 16. 给予SQ必要的支持，如问题分析和判定、遏制活动和风险评估等活动，避免质量问题溢出 Necessary support for SQ team e.g. problem analysis & judgement, containment action and risk assessment etc. in order to avoid quality spill. 17. 负责完成上级交办的其他事务。 Fulfill the other assignment from the supervisor.
