Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve
Inform the teams about compliance criteria
Lead action plans related to customer complaints and internal non‑conformities within the AMC area
Update Quality standards and implement them (temporary work instructions, control ranges, defect panels, waivers, etc.)
Train operators on quality tools
Manage sorting and temporary controls (GP12, workstation checks, etc.) and ensure proper application of selected criteria and associated quality standards
Conduct product and process audits in accordance with the schedule and ensure implementation and follow‑up of action plans
Analyze parts under internal or external quality dispute and lead resulting action plans
Verify alignment between the control plan and work instructions, control ranges, defect panels, and their application
If you have/are:
Problem‑solving methodologies (8D, PDCA, 5M, 5P, Ishikawa)
Requirements of the IATF standard and Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)
Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
Strong sense of rigor and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
High level of availability and responsiveness
Bachelor’s degree + 4 years or higher (master’s level or above)
Fluent in French, English
