As a Production Quality Assurance Specialist for our Grid Solutions production site in Oberentfelden, you will ensure that our manufacturing processes and products meet the required quality standards throughout the production lifecycle. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement, reduce defects, and improve First Pass Yield (FPY). You will be the primary technical authority on the production floor for High Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS, 72.5kV – 175kV), ensuring every unit meets the stringent quality requirements of the grid energy sector.
IMPORTANT – MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Language: Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory requirements for this position. Candidates who do not meet these language requirements will not be considered.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be eligible to work in Switzerland. For this position, we can consider Swiss, EU/EFTA nationals, or candidates who already hold a valid Swiss work permit allowing them to take up employment in Switzerland. We are unable to sponsor work permits for this position.
