Job Description

Work in our Pre-Pack Production area, supporting high-volume LEGO® packing operations. You will manage and improve two main packing platforms, lead automation projects, analyze performance data, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reliability.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to local and global projects within the Pre-Pack Production area, ensuring practical improvements and measurable results
  • Take production ownership of two main packing platforms, driving efficiency, throughput, reliability, and system upgrades
  • Search opportunities to improve processes, optimize workflows, and make packing operations stronger and more consistent
  • Collaborate closely with Packaging R&D, NPI, Maintenance, and other teams to implement solutions and improvements effectively
  • Participate in global networks to share knowledge, learn from best practices, and support standardization
  • Create and maintain a strong data-driven approach by providing reporting, analysis, and insights to support operational decisions
  • Drive progress toward project targets and operational KPIs, ensuring measurable impact on efficiency and performance

This position is a Manager Specialist role and does not involve direct people leadership.

It is located in our Kladno manufacturing site and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

Our Packing and Packaging Production organization ensures that LEGO® products reach our customers on time and in perfect quality. We operate with a strong focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People, delivering according to OTIF (On Time In Full) principles in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

In this team, you will contribute to improvement and innovation by leading or supporting projects within the packing area and by participating in the development, testing, and implementation of new technologies.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to process improvement, production data analysis, or project management
  • Hands-on project management experience, leading initiatives to improve processes or implement solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data; experienced in data analysis/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent collaboration and networking skills; ability to work effectively with multiple teams across functions
  • Great teammate with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English; Czech strongly preferred

What would be an advantage

  • Experience in technical development projects or with machinery/equipment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
