We are now looking for a colleague to join our team in Rugvica, Croatia as Production Project Manager.

Production Project Manager will be responsible for delivery of the complex projects according to defined Time Schedules and the Budgets in Production Plant in Rugvica.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Direct and manage project development for all activities of the project in Production plant
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables together with the Sales and Design team
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client or Program manager.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
• Working with QA/QC team to Prepare quality assurance procedures.
• Minimizes Vertiv’s exposure and risk on project.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary, during project cycle
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Financial reporting together with Finance department
• Organize weekly coordination meetings together with project team
• Working with Procurement team – responsible for subcontractors and suppliers (material needed for production in the plant)
• Involvement in Kaizen/Continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree – technical studies
• 5-7 + years on similar positions.
• Active English
• PC skills: Active user of Windows, MS Office incl. Excel (A), Word (A), PowerPoint (A), AutoCAD
• Technical/practical skills: Good analytical skills, Assessment skills, Organizational skills
• Core competencies: Initiative, Creative, Persuasive, Able to deal with conflict, Problem solving, Detail oriented, Analytical
• Experience on Construction business is option – working with subcontractors, contracting
