
The Production Professional is involved with mixing, hand shaping, baking and machine processing of dough to produce finished products that meet consistent high-quality standards. The Production Professional is expected to follow timelines and quality standards set by the company. This is a position that requires working on the floor alongside fellow team members in order to fulfill the needs of the bakery. As such, this role requires an outstanding work ethic, a gritty “can do” attitude, operational excellence, and diligent work behavior. This is an entry level role, and we are happy to teach you all you need to know to succeed here.
Hours: While we currently have primary schedules listed for this role, shift options may vary based on business needs and candidate availability. We encourage applicants with flexible schedules to apply.
