您的主要职责

• Collaborate with the Design & Engineering Department to ensure the manufacturability of linear drive systems/components
• Develop new technologies and establish technical production processes for linear drive products, focusing on precision assembly and motion control compatibility.​
• Conduct feasibility assessments and organize design review meetings for series production of linear drive systems.​
• Establish manufacturing process flows and work instructions tailored to linear drive precision machining and assembly requirements.​
• Develop standard manufacturing procedures (SMPs) and define specific processes for linear drive core components (e.g., stator/rotor assembly, transmission mechanism calibration).​
• Set up and maintain specialized equipment for mass production of linear drives, including winding machines, precision testing tools, and linear motion calibration devices.​
• Support technical projects (from linear drive technology selection, equipment setup to assisting in the launch of series production, ensuring compliance with automation equipment integration requirements).​

您的任职资格

• Full-time Master’s degree, major in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, or other science and engineering-related disciplines.​
• More than 1 years of experience in assembly process in the linear drive industry (or precision automation equipment field); familiar with linear drive product production processes (e.g., precision machining, assembly, performance testing);
• Good English communication skills in both speaking and writing.
• Strong communication abilities & social and cross-cultural sensitivity
