
Ensure reliable and efficient production processes, meeting defined cycle times and quality targets
Lead structured problem-solving activities, including root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions
Support installation, ramp-up, and commissioning of advanced production systems
Develop and continuously refine process standards, specifications, and best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process stability and product quality
Analyze production and quality data to derive insights and support performance management
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Production Engineering, or Automation/Robotics
Proven experience (min. 2–3 years) in automotive manufacturing, ideally within Body Shop / BIW processes
Solid understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and joining technologies (e.g., Spot Welding)
Experience in data-driven process control (SPC) and analytical problem-solving
Familiarity with modern production principles (Lean Manufacturing)
Strong analytical mindset, solution-oriented thinking, and structured working approach
