Responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production. Focus on optimizing assembly methods, workflows, and equipment to minimize labor hours and improve safety. Apply technical expertise, data analysis, and innovative solutions to meet business and industry standards.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • You will support the development and implementation of scalable, adaptable manufacturing processes aligned with business needs, quality standards, and safety regulations, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes meet production volume and customer requirements while identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and layouts, contribute to reviewing and improving work instructions, tools, and equipment to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve long-term production objectives.

  • You will assist in planning and executing process improvement projects, equipment installations, and process startups to ensure timely implementation and alignment with strategic goals, support project coordination, monitor progress, and help meet quality, cost, and scheduling targets, provide technical guidance and support to engineering and production teams on process-related issues, fostering best practices and standardization to ensure consistent quality, assist in developing and delivering technical training to enhance team skills, participate in production support activities by addressing technical questions, specifying materials, and advising on equipment selection to optimize process performance.

  • You will ensure all manufacturing processes comply with regulatory and quality standards through validation tests and regular audits, assist in implementing corrective actions to address process deviations to uphold product integrity and compliance, support the design and validation of manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring a seamless scale-up from R&D or pilot stages to full production, determine the sequence of work phases for new production processes to meet target product costs and investment budgets, ensure proper production methods, cycle times, equipment performance, and materials are aligned to support production goals.

  • You will support the reliable operation and proper maintenance of machinery by following best practices to minimize downtime, assist in assessing, evaluating, and coordinating the installation of new equipment and technology upgrades, conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies to inform decision-making and collaborate with the SCM team to evaluate supplier capacity and select the best solutions.

  • You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency, product quality, and yield within manufacturing operations, analyze data to guide technical decisions, support process improvements, and ensure alignment with quality standards, support the organization in identifying, recommending, and implementing improvement projects using lean methodologies, lead or support initiatives to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement, collaborating with R&D, Engineering, and other teams to enhance technical standards.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or production management.

  • Strong knowledge of process design, optimization, and validation, as well as familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, KPI monitoring, and technical studies to support decision-making.

  • Ability to troubleshoot process issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
