Position: Permanent

Production Process Analyst (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze production data, identify operational issues, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
• Administer production reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across SAP, GSCA, and other systems
• Perform month-end closing activities, including stock reconciliation and verification of consumption against production orders
• Prepare and consolidate data, insights, KPI forecasts, and roadmaps to support key factory planning processes, including ASP, target setting, and system updates
• Provide training and support to employees on production systems and correct data input
• Create and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to support decision-making, KPI monitoring, and factory operations

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of SAP, databases, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Good understanding of analytical and statistical methods
