Job Description

Marco is seeking an experienced Solutions Sales Consultant to join our Production Print sales team. In this role, you’ll focus on helping customers solve business challenges — owning opportunities from discovery through close while contributing to overall sales growth within our production print solutions portfolio.
This position is well‑suited for a consultative sales professional with hands‑on production print experience who enjoys solving complex business challenges and partnering closely with customers and internal teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage and grow a pipeline of production print opportunities to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value
  • Lead technical discovery conversations and qualify production print opportunities
  • Design and sell products and services within our robust production print portfolio.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs through effective technical documentation and intake processes.
  • Maintain working knowledge of production print technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree with 3+ years of experience preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience selling production print solutions
  • A strong consultative sales background with success closing complex opportunities
  • Clear, confident communication skills with customers and internal partners
  • Self‑motivation and comfort working toward defined sales goals
  • Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Base salary range: $45,000–$75,000 annually, plus commission
