Qualifications

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience with aerospace manufacturing is a plus but not required
• Proven track record of reliability and punctuality in previous roles
• History of adhering to safety standards and protocols
• Experience working with hand tools and assembly equipment
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work setting
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is advantageous
• Previous experience in quality assurance or inspection is beneficial
• Hands-on experience with machinery operation and maintenance
• Experience in a team-oriented workplace and ability to collaborate effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent educational level
• Any relevant certifications or training in production or manufacturing are desirable
