About the Role

If you enjoy turning changing customer demand into a production plan that works in the real world, this role gives you genuine ownership.

Our client is an international food-ingredients company seeking a Production Planning Supervisor to manage production schedules, material requirements, and inventory across a high-SKU manufacturing operation.

This is an individual contributor position reporting to the Production Manager. You will make planning decisions, respond to operational changes, and recommend improvements in productivity, manpower, and resource use.

What You Will Do

• Translate sales forecasts and customer orders into monthly, weekly, and daily production plans.
• Plan raw materials, packaging, and finished-goods requirements.
• Raise purchase requisitions for locally sourced and imported materials.
• Monitor inventory, material usage, work orders, and actual production against the plan.
• Adjust schedules for urgent orders, material shortages, manpower constraints, and changing priorities.
• Prepare daily production sheets for grinding and mixing operations.
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Quality Control, and Food Safety.
• Prepare monthly production, inventory, and performance reports.
• Support improvements in forecast accuracy, service levels, production cost, and productivity.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least three years of production planning experience in food manufacturing, food ingredients, FMCG or related process manufacturing.
• Knowledge of material planning, inventory management, and warehouse management.
• Hands-on SAP experience in production planning or supply-chain processes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and forecasting.
• Understanding of production planning, quality control, and food-safety requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
• Working English for reports and international stakeholder communication.
