The Production Planning & Procurement Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end planning and purchasing activities that ensure Rainbow Greenhouses consistently delivers the right products, in the right quantities, at the right time, and at the right cost. This role is a key link between Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Vendor/Supplier Management, using ERP to systematically ensure production schedules align with customer demand and procurement strategies support uninterrupted greenhouse operations. The successful candidate will bring a balance of a data driven mindset , strong supplier negotiation capability, and real-world operational thinking to own the Procure-to-Pay (PSP) cycle. This is a leadership role in a fast-paced season environment which requires daily decision-making to achieve customer On-Time In-Full delivery, Inventory Accuracy, and improve our overall Quality , production efficiency, and profitability.
