The Impact You'll Make

As a Production Planning Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive the products they need, when they need them. You will connect customer demand with manufacturing execution, helping deliver a reliable and responsive supply chain that supports business growth and customer satisfaction.

In this highly visible role based in Apodaca, Nuevo León, you will lead planning strategies that balance demand, capacity, inventory, and supply risks. Your decisions will directly influence service performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Working across multiple functions, you will drive proactive problem solving, strengthen supply chain resilience, and help create a more agile and customer-focused organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead customer supply and production planning activities to ensure demand is met while optimizing inventory and manufacturing capacity

Analyze demand signals, forecasts, and supply risks to anticipate challenges and implement effective mitigation plans.

Collaborate with production, procurement, sales, customer service, and operations teams to align priorities and improve delivery performance.

Drive resolution of customer escalations, supply shortages, and service disruptions to maintain strong customer relationships.

Improve planning processes, reporting, and data visibility to support faster decision-making and continuous operational improvement.

What We're Looking For

Strong expertise in supply chain planning, production planning or supply chain operations
Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify risks, and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment
Experience managing and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
English advanced
Experience working with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, along with reporting and performance management tools.
