Job Description

Lesaffre Sari Nusa is an affiliate legal entity of Lesaffre Group.

  1. Develop and maintain the master production schedule to meet customer demand and business objectives
  2. Manage the material requirements planning (MRP) process, including inventory management and procurement coordination
  3. Analyze production capacity, resource constraints, and material availability to create feasible and optimized production plans
  4. Identify and resolve production planning and scheduling issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
  5. Continuously monitor and analyze production performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement
  6. Provide regular reports and recommendations to the Supply Chain Manager on production planning, scheduling, and optimization
  7. Collaborate with production, inventory, and purchasing teams to ensure alignment between planning and execution
  8. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the overall supply chain efficiency

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor degree, Supply Chain / Business Administration / Management / Engineering or related
  • Certified of CPIM (Certified of Planning and Inventory Management) or CSCA (Certified Supply Chain Analyst) or equal
  • Experiences 3 years at Supply Chain and planning
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience Microsoft excel (Minimal Intermediate) and ERP System
  • Interpersonal skill and well communicate with internal dan external
  • Self-initiative, Problem solver, and result driven
  • Strong leadership and manage team effectively
  • Well communication skill
