Degree in: Economical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
English: Intermediate or above
Skills & Interests:; Data analysis & Excel; Interest in production equipment and manufacturing processes; Planning, coordination, and problem-solving mindset

Prepare production programs by estimating needs, analyzing plant capacity, and identifying any operational constraints
Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely and efficient program execution
Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions when necessary
Analyze production inputs and collaborate to optimize equipment operation
