Job Description

Your Contribution

This role involves collecting and analyzing production performance data from the factory and proposing initiatives to establish a more efficient production system. You will be expected to interpret numerical data from various angles, identify bottlenecks, extract root causes from observed phenomena, and develop improvement strategies. It’s an environment where you can comprehensively enhance your skills in data analysis, issue identification, and solution proposal.

  • Forecast customer order volumes based on market research and other data
  • Aggregate and analyze factory production performance data
  • Optimize shipping schedules and workforce planning based on analysis results
  • Build a cross-departmental information-sharing framework

Your Experience and Qualification

  • High school diploma or above
  • Proficiency in Japanese communication (N1)
  • At least 2 years of experience in production control or order management
  • Strong logical thinking skills
  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry
  • Experience in analyzing and researching numerical data
