Job Description

Job Title: Capacity Planner

City: Don Torcuato, Argentina

Work Model: On site

As a Capacity Planner, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end capacity and production planning for our Argentina operations, balancing demand, production capacity, material availability and customer requirements. You will partner closely with Manufacturing, Material Planning and Customer Service to resolve constraints, prioritize critical orders and maintain high service levels. The role also offers the opportunity to support planning activities across other markets, including Brazil and Colombia, while helping shape smarter, more agile and efficient planning processes.

Your key responsibilities

  • Review new customer orders and assess their impact on production capacity and planning priorities.

  • Develop and maintain production plans based on customer demand, production capacity, material availability and delivery requirements.

  • Partner closely with Manufacturing to monitor production plan execution, address constraints and adjust priorities as needed.

  • Collaborate with Material Planning and Logistics to monitor the availability of critical raw materials and mitigate potential supply risks.

  • Identify and evaluate alternative materials or solutions to minimize potential impacts on production and customer deliveries.

  • Review material forecasts and planning requirements to ensure alignment between demand and material availability.

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and planning forums, collaborating with key stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvements.

You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics or related fields.

  • Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.

  • Experience working with SAP and MRP systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Knowledge of Kinaxis is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across different functions and levels of the organization.
