Your Job

Ensure production runs smoothly by creating effective production and material plans, balancing customer demand, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacity. As the planning process owner, you will drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Our Team

You will be part of the Supply Chain team, working closely with Customer Service, Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and other business functions to support customer needs and optimize plant performance.

What You Will Do

  • Create and maintain production and material plans.
  • Monitor inventory levels and production orders.
  • Optimize capacity utilization and production schedules.
  • Analyze planning and production performance.
  • Maintain planning master data in SAP.
  • Prepare reports and business analyses.
  • Support inventory processes, audits, and engineering changes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
  • Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in automotive or medical manufacturing.
  • Hands-on SAP planning experience (MRP, production planning, master data).
  • Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to optimize inventory, production schedules, and operational performance.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and decision-making capability.
