Your Job
As a Production Planner at Molex in Guadalajara, you will be responsible for ensuring the execution of the production plan aligned with customer demand, optimizing service levels, inventory, and capacity utilization. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Materials, and Supply Chain to enable decisions that directly impact business performance.
Our Team
You will be part of the Planning team, collaborating with production, purchasing, quality, and logistics to ensure an efficient flow of materials and on-time delivery performance.
What You Will Do
• Ensure execution of the production plan based on customer demand and forecast
• Manage material availability and inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess
• Coordinate with production to balance capacity, priorities, and order fulfillment
• Analyze demand variations and plan performance, proposing corrective actions
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within planning and supply chain processes
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field
• Experience in production planning or supply chain within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or similar)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Ability to communicate in English in a professional work environment

• Experience in electronics or high-volume manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of MRP / material planning
• Experience in demand analysis and forecasting
