The Production Planner is responsible for driving production efficiency by ensuring timely completion of kits, achievement of revenue targets, and consistent on-time delivery performance. This role focuses on maintaining material readiness, monitoring requirements within an 8-week planning window, and ensuring uninterrupted production operations. The Production Planner collaborates with cross-functional teams to align demand, supply, and production plans while maintaining accurate material updates for customer reference and supporting overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive achievement of target kit completion, revenue goals, and overall On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance through effective planning and execution
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date materials information to support customer requirements and planning visibility
  • Ensure availability of all required materials to sustain uninterrupted production operations
  • Monitor and analyze material requirements based on MIH, ensuring timely completion within the rolling 8-week planning window
  • Contribute to the delivery of monthly and annual revenue targets by aligning production output with business plans
  • Ensure consistent attainment of customer On-Time Delivery commitments by proactively managing schedules and resolving constraints
  • Consistently adheres to quality standards and safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 yrs Work experience in Planning/ Production Planning
