Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY (Describe the overall duties and responsibilities of the job)

Responsible for planning and monitoring the production program in a timely manner, working together with different systems and departments to ensure alignment between material and production capacity – programming from confirmation of raw material, following up on subassemblies to guarantee the production of the finished product, considering the specific requirements and shipping windows, considering the model changes of each client to optimize the operation and optimize costs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES (Duties required for successful job performance)

  • Monitoring of the production plan for subassemblies and finished product. (Monitoring of Non-compliance with production program objective and Monitoring of Over production)
  • Model change programming.
  • Work with different systems to ensure alignment between material and production/scheduling capacity.
  • Plan operations and establish their priority to guarantee efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Development of production program for New Launches.
  • Creating Packaging Instructions
  • Inventory Monitoring Sub-Assemblies and Finished Product.
  • Evaluate and coordinate all scheduling requirements to ensure material flow.
  • Manage Labor, Equipment and raw materials - Divide work into shifts according to production needs.
  • Coordination with departments for scheduling activities outside of regular production.
  • Creating recovery plans to eliminate (past/under shipments)
  • All the responsibilities and follow the authority assigned according to the FTM-EHS-12 Roles, Responsibility and Authority Matrix from ISO 14001 /45001
  • Complies with policies and procedures pertaining to facility or divisional adopted standards such as IATF 16949.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE (Required occupational qualifications and other requirements)

  • Industrial Engineering – Related.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing process and supply chain.
  • Knowledge of material flow.
  • Knowledge of inventory control.
  • Notion of Customs Shipments.
  • ERP-SAP.
  • Excel Advanced Level.
  • Ability to work in team.
  • High Leadership.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Focus on supply chain.
