Production Planner Position
An opportunity is available for a Production Planner with 1-2 years of experience in production planning or expediting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a machine shop environment, with aerospace experience being a plus but not required. The role involves creating and managing master production plans, ensuring the timely execution of work orders, and maintaining an efficient production workflow.
The candidate must be comfortable discussing data and explaining efficiencies to the shop floor. Familiarity with Gemba practices is a plus, as the position requires strong communication and analytical skills to review trends, manage material usage, and forecast production needs.
