Job Description

We’re looking for a Production Planner to bring P.R.I.D.E. to our Supply Chain team.

What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for ensuring that products reach customers on time and in full, coordinating production planning and scheduling, and contributing to an agile, sustainable supply chain focused on continuous improvement.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

  • Plan and coordinate plant production.
  • Optimize stock levels and inventory turnover while ensuring a high level of service (Around 200 SKU finished).
  • Lead initiatives to improve costs, lead times, and customer service.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, production, maintenance, customer service, purchasing, engineering, and quality.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, process standardization, and operational excellence.
  • Participate in Supply Chain projects at both local and international levels.

What are we looking for in you?

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering or other Engineering.
  • 2–3 years of experience in planning environments is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP.
  • Good level of English and Spanish. (Writen and spoken)
  • Excel.
  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to question and reassess processes; proactive, curious, and focused on continuous improvement, especially through collaborative work with teams and the wider supply chain. In short, someone eager to take on challenges and make a difference.
