ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide Daily build plan (by area) based on Demand Request and Optimization (both Material and capacity) to stakeholders.
  • Monitor the execution of the production plan to ensure we are meeting commitment or minimizing the impact delivery to the customer.
  • Able to investigate problems, analyze root causes, and provide solutions.
  • Adhere to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives.
  • Analyze delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust the production schedule to meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate with the demand team to support any demand change.
  • Maintain reports for production planning activities and sequences.
  • Monitoring planning KPI by weekly basis.
  • Plan inventory management to avoid excess inventory.
  • Follow company rules and procedures.
  • Have a good moral and keep a good working environment.
  • Report the process/occurring problem to the manager.
  • Evaluate the working performance of under-assigned personnel and provide any recommendation.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience in Production Planning, inventory control, material planning and Supply Chain.

SKILLS:

  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Power BI.
  • Proven skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and data analysis.
  • Effective negotiation and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (written/verbal).
