We are looking for a proactive and analytical Production Planner to support and optimize manufacturing operations within a dynamic industrial environment. This role is key to ensuring smooth production flow, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain production schedules based on capacity, priorities, and resource availability
Monitor daily shop floor activities and proactively adjust plans to address deviations or bottlenecks
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean principles and standardizing processes
Work closely with production and planning teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of master data
Contribute to the optimization of workflows and overall operational performance
Degree in Engineering (Industrial or Civil), Supply Chain, Logistics, Data/Business Analytics, or Computer Science
Around 5+ years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment
Strong interest in modern production systems and planning tools
Knowledge of Lean methodologies and process optimization is considered a plus
Structured, analytical mindset with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to understand operational challenges and drive improvements
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or German is an asset
