Production Planner

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the preparation and maintenance of demand forecasts by collecting historical data, validating inputs, and updating planning tools. Perform basic analysis on forecast variances and communicate observations to the Demand Planner or supervisor.
• Assist in maintaining accurate product and forecast-related master data. Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels to identify potential shortages or excess and escalating issues as needed.
• Support the execution of replenishment activities, including purchase order follow‑up, lead time tracking, and coordination with local and regional supply teams.
• Contribute to monthly inventory reporting, including stock aging, coverage, and slow‑moving items.
• Cross‑functional Collaboration Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to gather required information on promotions, product changes, and customer needs.
• Participate in S&OP and operational review meetings by providing timely and accurate data. Data & Systems Management.
• Ensure planning systems (e.g., SAP, Excel-based tools, forecasting platforms) are updated with accurate and current information.
• Maintain planning documentation, standard operating procedures, and reporting templates.
• Generate recurring and ad‑hoc reports for forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and supply KPIs. Product Lifecycle Support.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of master data for new product introductions, changes, and discontinuations.
• Monitor product transitions to support correct inventory planning and minimize disruptions.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related careers.
• At least 3 years of experience in Supply chain, Planning, Material management or related positions in the medical, manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry (Mandatory).
• Experience working with data, reporting, or enterprise systems is preferred. Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formulas).
• Advanced English proficiency (Mandatory).
• Exposure to SAP or similar planning systems preferred.
• Ability to interpret data and follow structured processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage workload under supervision and meet deadlines.
