Are you eager to take part in the implementation of a new Consumer Product customer at one of Arvato’s newest logistics locations?

As a Production Planner, you’ll play a key role in setting up smooth operations at our cutting-edge warehouse in Echt, which is currently under construction. This position offers a rare opportunity to be involved from day one, supporting an early-phase implementation at a strategically important Arvato site for our growing network. You will join a small, dedicated team focused on ensuring a smooth go-live, with plenty of room to learn, contribute, and grow within a dynamic international logistics organization that’s expanding rapidly.

YOUR TASKS

• Monitor and adjust the inventory workload to ensure an optimal flow of operations;
• Process incoming orders systematically in SAP and our WMS system;
• Track changes and deviations in the planning and adjust them as necessary;
• Collaborate closely with the Supervisor and operations team to ensure efficient execution;
• Attend planning meetings to discuss incoming orders and progress;
• Provide input for inventory management and planning decisions.

YOUR PROFILE

• You possess a bachelor’s working and thinking level;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written);
• Strong Excel skills; demonstrable experience is a must;
• Knowledge of production or logistics processes, preferably in contract logistics;
• Familiarity with SAP is a strong plus.
  Analytical, communicative, and results-driven mindset.
