The Production Planner/Scheduler is responsible for the processes of scheduling, by making sure that the Volume will be reached on a weekly basis with the proper support of materials, Manufacturing Engineer and Quality Engineer assumptions. Also following the priorities provided by Planning based on Customer needs and Days of inventory position in the Distribution Center. This role in addition will be responsible of the order creation, follow up of aging orders, cycle count owner for inventory material and work closely with Finance to adjust aging orders and Work order variances.
• Require a minimum English level of B2
• The Production Planner/Scheduler must have demonstrated a deep knowledge of all manufacturing processes related to the area.
• You must have good computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have good skills with applications such as company management systems: D365, MasterControl, Power BI and SmartSheet.
• Good operation and technical leadership, systematic problem-solving skills for dealing with dynamic business challenges with factory or cross Value Stream
• Strong Influencing skills.
• Talent to develop strategy and robust process related to a broad range of production delivery issues management.
• Able to manage projects and stakeholder management.
• Utilize data analysis tools and LEAN Ops methodologies to analyze areas of operational inefficiency and root out areas of waste.
Experience:
• Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience from medical device company
Education:
• Bachelor's degree on Engineering, Chemistry. Some other CAREER in the STEM area is preferred.
